Education, Equity & Excellence (E3) Mentoring is an impactful way for students to learn new skills and support professional and personal development while networking with various professionals. Wherever you are in your professional or student journey, the E3 Mentoring Program helps you to grow via learning and developing with others through long-term mentorship. An important aspect of E3 mentoring is the emphasis on promoting knowledge of various cultures and backgrounds amongst the SJC community. This mentoring program welcomes everyone and aspires to help students overcome adversity.
For students, E3 Mentoring will help with career planning by providing job-specific information and potential career paths, building career networking skills, and assisting with the job search process.
If you would like to join the program, our team will be happy to send you an invitation. Please click the button above to request your invitation. For more information and to ask questions about this opportunity, contact the E3 Mentoring Administrators.
Diversity includes but is not limited to differences in race, ethnicity, geographic location, and socioeconomic background. This includes people with varying social experiences, disability, religious beliefs, political beliefs, sexual orientations, heritage, life experiences, etc.
Education, Equity & Excellence welcomes and provides a safe environment for students of all backgrounds. The E3 Mentoring program seeks to empower and allow for the exploration of these differences in a safe, positive, and nurturing environment, allowing ideas to be shared and valued while diversity is supported and celebrated.
